"I'd rather go three days without meat than one day without tea." This saying reflects the true nature of a dedicated tea enthusiast. After making tea a daily habit, going without it for a day feels incomplete. As a passionate tea lover, I always start my day with a comforting cup of black tea. There are many black tea varieties, including Dian Hong, Qi Hong, Ning Hong, Zunyi Hong, Ying Hong, and Chuan Hong, but Qi Men Hong Cha stands out globally.

The key to brewing tea is water separation and temperature control. Different black teas have varying temperature requirements, but roughly 90 degrees Celsius is recommended. Preheat the teapot, add 4 grams of tea leaves to 200 milliliters of hot water, wait 5-10 seconds, and gradually extend steeping time.

Now, let me introduce some black tea varieties and their brewing methods:

1. Dian Hong: Classic 58 from Feng brand is cost-effective. Use 4g tea leaves with 200ml 90°C water, starting with 5-10 seconds steeping, increasing gradually.

2. Song Zhen: Similar to Dian Hong, but with a fruity aroma and rich taste.

3. Golden Tip: Expensive but worth it. High golden tip content, sweet taste.

4. Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong: Yuan Zheng's Golden Needle Rui is a moderately priced choice with a sweet aftertaste.

5. Chuan Hong: Rich aroma and mellow taste.

The world of black tea offers endless pleasures. Let's savor the tranquility and joy it brings.
